Full automatic cleaning Systems
A complete treatment cycle may include different workstations: pre-wash, ultrasonic cleaning, immersion or spray rinse, protection against oxidation and a final drying stage.
The lifting of baskets which contain pieces to be treated and moved from one stage to the next is performed by conveyor systems or overhead cranes which are more or less automated, with PLC management and three axes numerical control (NC).

Our personnel carry out in-company training courses which are specific to the machine installed.
In accordance with the EC standard, our manuals include all electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and are also supplied with flow diagrams for numeric control (NC).
The more specific and fragile parts of the system are drawn with exploded views, meaning the any intervention for maintenance or repair is possible with an online connection.
Special contracts are entered into for scheduled maintenance including component upgrades and updates to the operating software.
Testing
A 48 hour dry run test is first performed at our facility in Milan. The same test is performed at the facility where it is to be used, during the time required for the training organised for personnel.
